We are pleased to announce we have received a grant from Mactodd Lawyers in
Queenstown for $11,620.00 which will cover the cost of painting the outside of the
Mission Hall.
This will protect our iconic building into the future, giving our local community a
venue for ecumenical church services, weddings and baptisms, as well as continuing
to be a “tourist attraction”.
The painting work will be carried out by CDH Painting Ltd – a painting company
based in Glenorchy and covering the Central Otago region. It is scheduled to be
completed during April.
We are extremely grateful for the grant from a local Queenstown business investing
in our Glenorchy community.
