FENZ Training from Glenorchy Airstrip

Hi all,
Please be advised that Fire & Emergency NZ (FENZ) are planning on undertaking some aerial firefighting training near the Greenstone River Mouth on the 1st and 2nd of May. Operating times would be approximately 1300 – 1630 on the 1st of May and 1000 - 1600 on the 2nd of May. The aircraft involved in this training will be arriving and departing from Glenorchy Airstrip.
Four aircraft are expected to be involved in the training – one fixed-wing and three helicopters. The helicopters will work over the Greenstone River Mouth and return only for fuel. The fixed-wing aircraft will be transiting across the lake to the Greenstone River from the airstrip throughout the day.
