Welcome to Glenorchy Animal Experience! Come and enjoy fun encounters with a wide variety of friendly farm animals.

You can feed and pat our quiet and friendly sheep, goats, horses, alpacas, llamas, pigs and much more. Get close for great photo opportunities and enjoy the stunning backdrop of the valley below.

Our farm is situated two kilometers North of Glenorchy and set on an established third generation family farm. The views are spectacular; you can see as far as Lake Wakatipu, the Rees and Dart Valleys, and the Humboldt Range.

We have purpose built facilities that allow you to enjoy our animals even on a wet day, plenty of farm related artefacts and curios to look at and a small shop to purchase a souvenir.

A fabulous day out for all ages where you can relax and experience NZ farm life up close.
