Come and join Sustainable Glenorchy in our ongoing efforts to turn this
small but scenic council park into something truly beautiful. So far we
have cut back some of the pine trees, broom and blackberry and freed
up some of the heritage apple and pear trees, and can now see
glimpses of a very pretty rocky creek running down the hill. We would
love to have more hands on deck, as those weeds have had their way
for too long.
Where: About 4km on the left along the road north from Glenorchy to the
Routeburn. There's a stand of poplars just before you get to a grassy
area.

When: Saturday 31 May

1030am start (likely finish by 12-1230pm)

Why: Feel good about doing something for our community

Get to hang out with some other locals.
