GY GOES WILD! Winter Series Cooking Classes

GY GOES WILD!

Wednesday, 27th April at 5 PM

With so much delicious (and free!) wild game available on our back doorstep we’ll share a few new ideas for our fresh lake fish and rabbit. 

Join us in Mrs Woolly’s Camp Kitchen as we demonstrate filleting, pin-boning, smoking, boning, slicing and dicing.

You don’t need a flash smoker or something fancy to smoke your own catch: come sample and take home recipes for an absolutely scrummy brown butter sauce, cured and Manuka-smoked lake fish, and rabbit cooked with prunes and dark beer. 

GY Goes Wild is the first of three cooking classes to be held over this coming Autumn and Winter.

Each class is just $20 and runs about 2 hours. Seats are limited: stop by the Store or give us a call at 03-409-0051 to sign up, or send an email to info@MrsWoollysGeneralStore.co.nz to reserve a spot for you and yours!
