COOKING CLASSES II.

Debbie Crompton and the team are organising another cooking class on Monday 27 July - and they are excited to have Aro-Ha Chef Rani Silva, who will demonstrate the art of natural fermentation and share raw cuisine tips to replicate at home and inspire you to eat well.
Come along to our second cooking class this winter and learn how increasing your intake of probiotics and enzymatically rich food enhances your well being.
Taste the recipes while Rani demonstrates, such as winter chia pudding made with coconut yoghurt, golden milk, and the most amazing raw sushi!! You’ll be surprised to see how easy they are to prepare and how delicious they taste. Take home the recipes and give it a go!
The duration of this class is approximately 2 hours and includes complimentary non-alcoholic refreshments and tastings.
