Important meeting for people with properties that are connected to the
Invincible Drive Sewage Scheme Update:

Property owners connected to the Invincible Drive wastewater scheme will be aware that,
over the past several years, there have been ongoing issues relating to odour and
discharges from the wastewater treatment system serving the subdivision.
Following concerns and complaints regarding the operation and maintenance of the scheme,
the Otago Regional Council undertook enforcement action against the owner and other
parties. As part of those proceedings, the Court made orders requiring specific works and
actions to be completed atthe wastewater treatment plant.
The Otago Regional Council will provide an update on these court-ordered works and
actions to address the previous non-compliance issues.
