Cross the Routeburn River and explore the surrounding forest while your guide shares stories about the area’s flora, fauna, history and natural environment.
Walking time is approximately 1.5 hours, with the full experience approximately 4.5 hours from Queenstown.

Routeburn Experience
For those wanting to explore further, the full-day Routeburn Experience takes you deeper into the Routeburn Track through native forest and spectacular alpine landscapes.
The guided walk is approximately 6–7 hours and requires a moderate level of fitness. The full experience is approximately 10 hours from Queenstown.
