A heads up for Glenorchy and surrounding residents, from Wednesday 12 August, rubbish and recycling collections in parts of the Glenorchy area will move from Fridays to Wednesdays.
As our district grows, we’re making this change to give collection trucks enough time to service every household.
Key dates:
• Last Friday collection: 7 August
• First Wednesday collection: 12 August
This change only applies to the yellow highlighted neighbourhoods shown in the attached map. Properties on Moke Lake Road are not affected and will continue with their current collection day.
