FAREWELL TO DEBORAH

Jul 17, 2018

Deborah Rose Dillon QSM

It is with sadness that we note the passing away of Deborah (Debs) Dillon.

Deborah (previously Kennett, nee Koch) was Glenorchy born and raised living her childhood years at Mid Rivers.

She was the District Nurse at Glenorchy for two decades from the 1980s through the 1990s.

During this time, she was responsible for establishing and serving in the Glenorchy Ambulance First Response Unit as well as being involved in various community affairs.

Deborah moved to Stewart Island in 2000 to continue District Nursing which she worked in until illness forced her to retire.

Deborah's children Heather, Sam and Chloe wish to advise friends that there will be a memorial service for their Mum in Invercargill on Wed 18th July at 1.30pm at the Southland Crematorium.
