THE GLENORCHY RIDING CLUB INVITES ALL RIDERS TO OUR PRE-XMAS RIDE
to
HEATHER JOCK HUT - WHAKAARI CONSERVATION AREA
SATURDAY 17th December (back up day Sunday 18th)
- 10:00am ready to ride
- MEETING: GLENORCHY PENINSULA riding club grounds (between BLANKET BAY and BUCKLE BURN CREEK)
- Bring a lunch/drink and something for the BBQ after the ride
- No dogs please.

This is one of our iconic Glenorchy rides following the local historic scheelite mining tracks. Great views but reasonably steep, steady climb and the area is mostly exposed – dress accordingly, horses are recommended shod.
